An accountability scorecard initiative documented in the annual report assessed services at 45 health facilities in the Mubende sub-region.
The activity engaged health workers and community members around human resources, commodity availability, accessibility, provider attitudes and the capacity to deliver friendly services. Findings were used for advocacy, monitoring and action planning.
